As part of our holistic outlook of the youth, we at the Bino Center, see their families and seek to help parents in dealing with the difficulties of adolescence and youth. To this end, the Center conducts dual activity that includes parent counseling on the one hand, and neighborhood workshops on the other hand.
Parent counseling system
The Bino Center provides personal and individual parent counseling services by a team of expert counselors in the field.
During the counseling sessions, parents are invited to raise their difficulties and receive advice and guidance from the Center’s staff. In addition, the team of counselors believes in mediating between teenagers and their parents and knows how to lead dialog with the teenager even in situations where other means have failed.
Lectures and workshops for parents
Every few months, the Bino team brings leading lecturers in the field of adolescent youth and dropout prevention for rounds of lectures in the neighborhoods. The lectures are open to the general public, residents of Jerusalem, and provide answers to the many struggles of adolescence.
