Training and employment centers
The Bino Center seeks to give every boy or girl experiences of success and empowerment as well as to open avenues for the future. When the youth is in an institution of learning, experience of success and training for the future are supposed to be provided by the institution. However, here the youth are without a framework, and the very lack of satisfaction and activity lead to serious deterioration, to the point of taking drugs and worse.
The Bino team combats boredom, and fights to create a bright and productive future for every boy and girl in Jerusalem.
To this end, specially adapted occupational training is conducted in each neighborhood, to prepare the boys and girls for a better future.
The training fills the youth’s day with positive content and prepares him/her for a better and more productive future.
After graduation, the department staff was going to place the boys and girls in suitable employment.
In the last year (2022), among ‘Bino graduates’ were over five hundred youth who received professional training in the following areas: Hairdressing and hair design, chef studies, pastry-cook studies, auto mechanics, make-up and hairstyling, first aid and medics, and more.
